1.More presence in the country through Chris Masurenko and Einar Rossmann. To finance the additional costs, the task area must be extended beyond the licence in Maryland and new licences must be added. Additional tasks are:
a.buying up material from third party concessions.
b.Building the Fair Tantalum system in other concessions,
c.searching for other licenses.
2.Improve Community Relation with a full-time expert
3.Cooperative system instead of permanent employment
4.More training for the local supervisors to achieve independencies of the cooperatives.
